* The general issue with Peltier elements is that they don't like being reversed often. Normal Peltier elements only survive 3,000 cycles. At several cycles an hour and 24/7 engine drying that is only a few months. However high quality Peltier elements don't have this issue. Before the manufacturer switches over to better Peltiers, you need to monitor your units and send them in as soon as the humidity starts rising. |
