• The unit does not validate proper operation, best to add an inline hygrometer as described in section Engine_Dehydration#Accessories
• The Peltier element may become weak which leads to improper dehydration. To validate proper cooling, open the device (caution: 120V inside, also on the PCB) and measure the voltage of the temperature sensor between the black and white wires
  
  The voltage must be lower than 0.6 volts in the cooling cycle.
