* Step 3: The 4 inch duct hose as is won't go over the rim of the fittings on either ends. One needs to bend the end of the wire 90 degrees inwards, then detach the wire from the hose on the inside and push it in further so the area that overlaps the fitting has no wires. - Step 3: The 4 inch duct hose as is won't go over the rim of the fittings on either ends. One needs to bend the end of the wire 90 degrees inwards, then detach the wire from the hose on the inside and push it in further so the area that overlaps the fitting has no wires. Same goes for the cord on the outside, it needs to be removed in the overlap area.
